Hellen R. McQuain EPS,LLC
Managing Member Executive Sales

hellenHellen McQuain is the Managing Member and founder of EPS, LLC, and she brings over 10 years of industry experience to the table. She is a strong sales executive with a long history of providing growth-oriented leadership and business development skills that shaped EPS from day one. Hellen founded EPS, Inc with a former business partner in May of 2003, and EPS, LLC was created in November of 2009 with stronger partnerships and alliances. She heads the Sales and Business Development Division, including financial responsibility, and has been responsible for several portfolio buyouts due to acquisitions.

Prior to founding EPS, Hellen led sales teams as Senior VP of Sales at Titan Processing, an ISO for several platforms, and received full MSP Operations Training at Termnet Merchant Services Nova and Concord. She also has sales experience at Electronic Data Resources. Hellen currently resides in Boca Raton, where she enjoys music and traveling.


Danielle Bunker
Director of  Business Development


Director of Business Development Danielle Bunker’s blend of professional and educational experience give her keen insight into both business organization and development. As a former restaurant owner, Bunker knows all too well the pitfalls owners face and strategies that ensure success. She is currently pursuing a B.A. in Social Sciences at Florida Atlantic University, and this degree program is predicated on human interaction and behavior.  Bunker began with EPS in sales in 2010, but quickly climbed the corporate ladder after securing several large international clients. Her passion and talents center on personal relationships and teasing out strategies that put her clients in the best possible fiscal situation.


Joseph Toodzio
Director of Deployment

Joseph started with Electronic Processing Solutions, Inc in 2008 as Director of Deployment. He has 10 years’ experience as a systems integrator and is currently responsible for new products and technical development. Joseph oversees our technical support department, and clients are continually amazed by the breadth and depth of his knowledge in these areas. Technical jargon can be quite scary, but Joseph is able to relate difficult concepts with complete ease.



Paul Morel
Administrative Director

Paul started with EPS, Inc in 2003 as a sales executive while still living in Georgia. He was instantly drawn to the industry and moved to Florida in 2004 to begin work as the company’s Deployment Technician. In 2007, he became Director of Deployment and has been in his current role as Administrative Director since 2008. Paul is well versed in all industry facets, from sales to deployment to administrative work; Morel knows the business from all angles.
